The event aims the technical, technological and intelectual increasing of managers, engineers, technicians and operators of countinuous casting and second refining in steel companies.

The issues are always new and represents its state of art. The topics are suggestions from former students and participating companies.

In addition to the aknowledge, the training includes:

- Printed specialists presentations;

- Simultaneous translation;

- Lunch and coffee-breaks;

- Training Certificate.

The students who fulfill three training modules will receive a Specialist degree in continuous casting by the Technische Universitat Clausthal. Fot those who fulfill six modules, the certificate will be of Specialist Master in Continuous Casting.

In the acquisition of a quota, the co-sponsorship organization will have right to 5 vacant in the course. In case that 2 quotas are acquired, the company will have right to 10 vacant beyond an extra vacant, totalizing 11 vacant. If 3 quotas are acquired, it will be 15 vacant beyond 2 extras, and thus successively.
